I know of a kid who was in a coma for a week and when he woke up the first thing he did was panic because he had homework due and I think that sums up the American school system pretty well

Do you know what element this is?

image

It’s Osmium. It’s element 76 on the periodic table.

Do you know what it is? What it’s used for? Anything other than the atomic mass is 190.2? If you do then you probably paid a lot more attention in Chemistry class than the average person.

But look at the one below.

image

Now do you know more about Osmium? I hope so. Because that’s my goal. Even if you don’t maybe you’ll appreciate the effort of trying to make learning more meaningful in the classroom.

image

I’ve created a Periodic Table of Super Elements! Each element was designed as a superhero having characteristics of the elements they represent. Osmium is a detective due to the fact it is used to detect fingerprints! See what I did there?

The poster doesn’t have the descriptions on them, but the flashcards do! They have been created but are still going through the gauntlet so I can provide you the best products that I’m able to create.

image

If you don’t believe me that it’s at least nice to look at then maybe you’ll believe these customers!

I may not really be from Connecticut, but I really am serious about education! If this and other products (stickers, bookmark, and a mineral poster) look like they may appeal to you then head to www.ptosuperelements.com and find the link to the store! What are you waiting for?!

SO MUCH LADY LOVE

I LOVE GISELLE YOU GUYS

No, but what gets me in this movie

is that every woman is beautiful to Giselle.

Women who wear suits and aren’t cute and petite. Women with wide hips and large rear ends and small breasts. Women who are black and white and every other ethnicity she came across, I’m sure. Women with straight hair and natural hair and grey hair. Older women and middle-aged women and young women.

Everyone is beautiful to Giselle. There’s no reason anyone wouldn’t be beautiful. There’s no reason beauty should ever be just one thing, that being a princess should ever be just one thing.

Everyone is a princess to Giselle, and if one of the princesses politely corrected her and said they were a prince she’d probably nod earnestly and talk about how dashing and handsome they looked too.
